“Derek came over to troubleshoot a ‘whistling’ toilet. He was able to get me in the schedule in just a couple days and called before he came to confirm our appointment ( in addition to text reminders that were greatly appreciated). After a couple days, the toilet began whistling again. Derek came over and completely replaced all the toilet insides for no additional service charge (I paid only parts). He was friendly, personable, polite and great with my dog. I couldn’t recommend him more.“
