The first plumber that I contacted was not available to fix the leaking water heater but he recommended that I contacted Tom Smith. He was able to get to get the new water heater installed and actually charged less than his original estimate. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.

Hands down the best plumbing company!! They are very helpful and are reasonably priced and also very very kind. They are honest and didn’t drain our bank account, which is always a plus! I trust these guys with ALL of our plumbing needs.

I’ve used Tom Smith plumbing several times over the years and they always do a great job. Today they really came through and fixed my plumbing problem in just a few hours after calling them so I could get my hot water working before the weekend. Thanks Rob and Tom Smith plumbing!!

In 1949, William R. Crowley opened his shop in Peoria and began a service-oriented plumbing business. Thomas J. Smith, a nephew to William R. and his wife Alma Crowley, began working for them shortly after high school. In 1972 after 3 years of managing the business for the Crowleys, Thomas J. Smith purchased and renamed the company to Tom Smith Plumbing Co. Tom's first two sons, Tim and Tom, followed his footsteps and, after they graduated high school entered trade school to join the company. Then in 1995, Tim and Tom purchased the plumbing business from their father. Since that time they have continued to serve the Peoria area residences and businesses with a full, well rounded office staff and skilled, licensed plumbers.
