Very very good massage in a very clean and comfortable environment. I needed a lot of work on my knees, calves and feet. The therapist used reflexology techniques to calm my plantar fasciitis. So relaxing I fell asleep. My knees and feet never felt better.

We were referred to Gilkey by a friend who used them a few years ago. Then, several other friends also recommended them. After talking to several window replacement companies, we chose to sign with Gilkey. While not a huge job, we replaced six windows for now and have a few more we'll do in the fall. When the sales rep was here, he told us our windows were all older Gilkey windows and the glass seals were shot on a number of them. He said they were still under warranty and we should contact service to have some measure the glass for replacement. I didn't wait, and they measured within a few days. This morning, the six windows were replaced. My goodness, they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Other than the smell of caulk, you would never know they were here. The windows are so much easier to open and close and look great. I'll update this review when the replacement glass on the older windows is installed. I highly recommend Gilkey for replacement windows.
CertaPro did a spectacular job on transforming my home! They painted my siding, fascia, soffits and brick. CertaPro used specialized Romabio paint for the brick so it can breathe. Every surface had its own color and finish and the painters kept it all straight. Thank you Phil and Cindy for a job well done...
We did a full basement remodel and from the initial meeting with AnnMarie it was like she could envision perfectly everything I described and brought it to life perfectly! She worked with us thru every design detail and delivered they delivered a finish product beyond our expectations! This company is VERY professional and worked with us to stay within our budget. I had the most wonderful hair cutting experience with Rhea and her apprentice Ariana. Ariana gave me a very relaxing scalp massage and a thorough shampoo at the bowl. The footstool and pillow made leaning back so comfortable. Rhea was so kind and showed me the proper products, tools, and techniques to care for my hair since I wanted something reaaaaaaaally low maintenance, but also worked with my sensory issues. I did a consult with the owner Michelle Szczesny and she’s been doing my hair for a few years now. It’s consistent EVERY time. I’m a blonde and it’s soooo hard to get that perfect blonde color. Not too ashy. Not too brassy. She’s able to read my mind somehow and always deliver very consistent results. I remember I used to get anxious, with previous stylists, if I had a big event hoping they’d be consistent with my requests and I don’t have that anymore. She delivers EVERY time. I’m so grateful for her! She’s a true expert in the field of color, extensions and cuts and who knows what else. She has a lot of additional training that makes her invaluable. I am headed out of town today and I needed a haircut without an appointment. So, I called Village and they said they could get me in. Today was my first time here, and it was pretty quiet, though it was on a Monday morning. Haircut was good. I will be back. It was hard to get a sense of the ambiance, because no one else came in. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. My barber knows what he is doing. Price was $20 for a flat top.

Got my first set of gel nails here on Saturday. I asked for David as some previous reviews suggested he was good with gels. They turned out great! Super happy with the results and I will definitely be back.
Highly recommend! I decided to pop in after my dentist appointment. I never really get my nails done, so it's always a little intimidating for me to go in - but I decided to go all out and get a manicure + pedicure. The stylists were amazing! I had a Pinterest design that I requested for my hands, and my feet never looked better. I even got a punch card for future visits! Super nice staff, super accommodating, and had me ready for my beach vacation to the Bahamas!
*Btw it's been about a month and nails are just starting to peel off. I wash my hands obsessively and do a ton of hand washing (laundry, dishes, gardening, etc.) so I'm very impressed! The few times I've gotten my nails done they're peeling before 2 weeks. My toes are still good as new!

My daughter and I love this salon. Along with a huge selection of regular polish and no chip, they have Dazzle Dry. Dazzle Dry is an all natural, super fast drying polish, and comes off with regular nail polish remover. Perfect for my young daughter and myself. They always take their time and are so kind. I’m glad they don’t do acrylics. The shop isn’t covered in nail dust and always looks fresh and clean. I’m so glad this salon is in Palatine. We always leave feeling relaxed and very happy with our nails.

Dr. Ma explained everything thoroughly, was compassionate, had great bedside manners, and told me a diagnosis, prescribed what was needed for a good prognosis, and told me what to do at home as well to have a successful outcome. Feeling better already after 9-11 days of being ill prior to this appointment. Highly recommend Dr. Ma.
Great small business. I have a few properties and they are always my first call for plumbing or electric issues. Len always comes out quickly and takes care of things in a timely manner. They are also affordable. The folks at the office who I speak with over the phone are always nice. I will continue to use them and hoping they can come out to install a flood light in the coming weeks.
Have not used their plumbing services, but had two amazing men help me jump my car this morning so I could get to work. It was -17 with the windchill at the time and I didn’t even have to ask. Wish I got their names but know we all wanted to be out of the cold immediately. Wasn’t too sure of what to do if they weren’t around since it was so early but I really appreciate both of their help and wanted to give a shout-out!

I keep re-reading Wil J's horribly shortsighted review and I cannot fathom what his beef is with Tom. Had Hummingbird install a 8.55kwv solar array and the system is already outproducing our anticipated output for winter expectations. Perhaps If William did a bit more initial research, he'd realize that 2.5kwv max on a 3k system is not abnormal. In fact if he's getting that as an average in the Chicago area, that's actually a decent output. Getting a reasonable ROI for solar is very difficult in Illinois for a dozen + reasons and you can't blame the installer if you can't figure that part out. Tom was straightforward and frank with setting project expectations. He was always honest and accurate with his quotes and billing and saved me over $5000+ compared to other quotes on the project. He and his guys have done two relatively major electrical projects in the house since the solar install and my wife and I have been happy with his work.Tom's a local small business man and can only be in so many places at once. 4.5 stars for some (mostly understandable) project lag, and very minor work area clean up annoyances by some of his workers.

When we moved into our new house three years ago we met Dave and John as I had seen their trucks through the neighborhood. I had also coincidentally had them referred by a trusted friend and additionally a landscape architect. Over the course of three years, we have used them for spring and fall cleanups, drainage work, burying downspouts, installing shrub borders, adding plantings, removing massive dirt piles the previous owners had left, doing a backfill for our driveway, as well as but not limited to correcting extreme damage the city did to our property installing a new sewer. If you are looking for someone who is best in class, fair, honest and do above and beyond what they promise please stop looking around - this is who you want to hire. I love the ease of knowing the cost up front and then paying online through their quickbooks link. Every crew that has shown up has been extremely kind and courteous. One crew seems to end up at our house more than others and the guys wave to my little kids when they wave to them. These guys pick up their trash and leave the space cleaner than when they came. I actually saw them scoop up leaves that were clogging up a different sewer drain in our street just because they were there with a shovel. I can't speak more highly of this business.

I contacted Evolve because I could no longer run due to a right hamstring strain. After several weeks of therapy I was able to begin running slow short distances. Now after a full month of therapy I am back to running regularly and was able to complete an 8.5 mile run on Tuesday! I followed that up with a 5 mile run today and will attempt a 6 miler in the morning. Not bad for a 70 year old man. Thanks to everyone at Evolve!

I have a herniated L4L5 disc and Dr Mary knows exactly the amount of pressure to apply and always walks me through what she is doing. An added bonus is before every treatment they have a rolling theraputics bed that is sooooo relaxing and done prior to every adjustment. This team is bar none the best!!

Dr. Guy is a real golf saver! He put me back together in a mater of a week over two visits and has kept me playing golf at the highest levels. If you’re looking for a great Chiropractor in the Kildeer and Deer Park area he is a very knowledgeable, caring, and does great adjustments.
We have been going to Preventative Healthcare for years! From allergies to asthma, back issues to headaches, we see them for it all. Dr. Singh and Dr. B are very knowledgeable and are passionate about helping people heal.
Dr. Fager has helped me recover from a number of equine related accidents over the last several years with patience and kindness. I also go in at least once a month now to help maintain my body better. It's worth the trip for me as it has made a definite difference in the pain I once dealt with daily.
Very thankful to Dr. Rosenberg for going out of his way to accommodate me as a new patient, the week of Thanksgiving. I had been having ongoing severe neck and back pain. He listened to my needs and was able to get my back all straightened out in that first visit. Thank you for making time for me! Deer Grove Animal Hospital is one of a kind! We’ve been visiting Dr. Flahaven and his team for 5+ years and we always look forward to our appointments.
When my childhood dog was declining in her old age, they were so accommodating for emergency visits and I will always appreciate how thorough, honest, and empathetic Dr. Flahaven was during that time.
Since then, the team has been so excited to meet and love on all of our new additions! The front desk and vet techs are some of the sweetest people ever. They treat all of my pets like they are their own. I have a pretty nervous rescue pup. He’s 3 years old now and he’s never shown any signs of stress at Deer Grove. I think he really does look forward to it!
Lastly, I just wanted to share some of the adorable things I overheard the vet techs saying to my new kitten while they were literally cleaning gross ear mites out of her ears because it made my day how sweet they were being to her.

Dr. North and her staff provide caring and compassionate care for my dogs. I always enjoy my visits. If I have to leave them at the Hospital, I know they are in excellent hands and will be well taken care of.

Very very good massage in a very clean and comfortable environment. I needed a lot of work on my knees, calves and feet. The therapist used reflexology techniques to calm my plantar fasciitis. So relaxing I fell asleep. My knees and feet never felt better.
I can't recommend Dyan highly enough. I started seeing her several years ago after I hurt my back. I tried various meds and went to physical therapy for weeks, but nothing made me feel better than Dyan's massages. They are a delightful blend of science and MAGIC! Now that I'm mostly healed I've been getting Thai massage. I just lay there and get worked on and stretched, and 90 minutes fly by. I actually prefer Thai to table massage now and cant believe how great I feel afterwards. Getting regular massages from Dyan has been the best decision Ive made for my health and happiness.

5 stars all to Yola. I was referred to see Yola and i'm glad to have been able to cross paths with her and get treatment from her. She has been working with me for a few months and i've learned so much from her about my pain points and triggers and where a lot of my pain is stemming from. We've been carefully working through a few injured areas. She really cares about you, listens, and is thorough. Her therapy style provides me relief and consistently seeing her she's the only one that's really been able to provide the most relieft i've had for my occipital neuralgia in the last 2.5 years, I have more range of rotation in my neck, my shoulder feels less frozen and i'm hopeful to continue working through the rest of my issues.
