So, it wasn't stated upfront, but my dryer repair service was performed by another company other than this listing. It was never made clear that the work would be outsourced. Which is why the 4 out 5 stars.However, the technician that came out was professional, experienced and fast, with the repair taking about 35-40 minutes and the technician cleared the outside vent.
