Shane was amazing! He came in and looked at our dishwasher and saw that the washer wasn’t the issue. He recognized the other issue and immediately transferred us to another vendor so they can come in and make the necessary fix. He made it super easy and gave me some tips on how to care for the washer. Thanks Shane!
