This company came as a 2nd opinion from AHS. the 1st company was a total disaster. The took pictures but never opened my dryer as Yousef did to diagnose the problem. It's so sad to see that some crybaby customers write dumb reviews.

* The guys at the counter always tell you, that there is NO RETURN, ON ELECTRICAL PARTS.

*The guys at the counter al their knowledge it's on parts , they sell parts and they are NOT service technicians or offer assistance or advise on how to do the job , or troubleshooting .
( They won't ever tell you anything because they are professional people and they stick to what they know)

*If you want to get greet it , and be the center of the employees attention , visit Walmart . They'll even wish you goodbye and check your bag and receipts.

*And finally I would say that it's nobody else's fault if you are cheap , you can't afford to pay someone to fix your appliance, or you just don't know what you are doing and wish for someone to hold your hand and walk you over the phone step by steps.

The store sells parts and that's it.
Please take your ?somewhere else.
