As a customer of yours for a while, I’ve learned their customer service at Nordstrom is often unparalleled. Whether traveling or while at the Nordstrom Oakbrook Center, our customer service has ALWAYS been good. Today’s experience solidifies us as lifelong customers! True Story: We’d been at the mall since 1:30, and Nordstrom was the last stop. As usual, my wife was taking FOREVER… Short of the long, I left my phone in either the perfume section or women’s shoes. We left at 6:58 (2 minutes before closing) and were almost home when I realized my watch wasn’t connected to my phone. Called the store from Donyale’s phone, and they connected us to Maryam. I truly enjoy shopping for shoes at this particular location! Because I wear a larger size and the shoe selection is absolutely incredible, I couldn’t ask for anything better, and I will continue to shop at this location.
