For my haircut I booked with Lupe and she did a beautiful job! I got layers and a face frame, and I was very happy with the end result. I recommend anyone unsure of who to book with to choose Lupe. She also recommended a keratin treatment for my hair to become stronger, which I will be booking in the future.

I had a 50-minute relaxation massage with Mirek at the Oak Brook location on a Sunday afternoon. Mirek is one of the best, if not the best, massage therapists I've been to worldwide. I have nothing but praise for Mirek.Not so for the rest of the salon. The salon didn't appear to be busy. The receptionist on the first floor told me to go upstairs, and she'd be up to help me in a minute . 10 minutes later, when it was my appointment time, I had to ask another employee walking by to show me where to go, etc.After the service, the staff at the checkout desk was impatient and rushed.

Tricoci has been a wonderful salon/spa experience for me. It hasn’t been perfect but even when it hasn’t been perfect, the staff at Tricoci have genuinely cared, apologized, and credited me back for the services I paid for that I did have a bad experience with. I found Tricoci through another Salon, they highly recommended Tricoci to me. I have done manicures, pedicures, massages, facials, scalp/hair treatments, and blowouts. I now consider myself a “regular” at this salon/spa. I plan to do body treatments soon too. Lupe has been my favorite hair stylist so far! She has done the best job at doing a blow out/hair style than any other hair stylist at any salon...read full review
