“I'm genuinely surprised by the negative reviews – my experience was fantastic! Ray greeted me warmly, and I even started my massage 15 minutes early. The bed was ridiculously comfy, like a dream, and the heated headrest was a nice touch. The draping with a privacy blanket and a warm cover felt luxurious. The massage hit that perfect firmness I love. My only tiny gripe was the focus on my lower leg instead of the thigh abductors I'd mentioned. Still, I highly recommend it – a great deal for the price in the U.S.!“
