“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

“Cleanest dog wash place I've used, simple and easy to use machines, all self service. Roomy and well maintained, unlike tiny claustrophobia inducing tiny spaces. My new go-to place.“

“So nice! Me and my Anoush (my dog) are treated so wonderfully! Every person there knows Anoush as soon as she comes in, not just the amazing girls up front but the ENTIRE staff. People that I have never even met, they are all so excited to see her. I know she has so much fun by the way I say “let’s go see the puppies” she just spins and spins. But it was this past visit when Heidi alerted us to one of our dogs having a lump and recommending we get our dog to the vet that really Highlights what kind of a person Heidi is and how she will take care of your dog. We did take our dog vet. We are still waiting on the results, but we know that Heidi alerting us and our ability to take quick action will have given us the best opportunity for a good outcome. “We've recently moved to the area and needed a new Location to take our senior Goldendoodle. We were able to get an appointment right away with Companion animal hospital. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The Vet gave our dog a thorough check-up and made some useful recommendations. The pricing also seemed very fair. We will be back and recommend them to anyone who may need their services.“
