“I called Bryan's company just a few days ago, about some scratching sounds we were hearing in our attic/ceiling at nights. Freaked us out! He came within 2 hours, and on time! Went up in the attic. Did a detailed thorough examination. Found no evidence of critters (aliens?) up there. He thinks probably a bird was trying to get in from the outside, (but failed miserably and repeatedly). Unlike three other companies I called, (who had a fee for just coming out,) Bryan did not charge me for the visit, since there was nothing to remedy. Fantastic!
