Update: Terminix has been in touch to try to work on the screen issue. I appreciate that.Everything with the initial appointment was fine and it sounds like they did a good job. My frustration is that we were told we'd need a new screen in our attic and that has yet to be fixed. I've followed up multiple times and keep being told he'll look into it and no follow up from. It's getting frustrating.
The service I received was excellent. The tech, Robert, came out quickly to do an inspection. He was friendly & answered all my questions. Daniel, the tech who did the treatment, did a great job of explaining every step & performing a thorough treatment. He was communicative & responsive to text questions. Daniel was very professional & enjoyable to work with. Much appreciated.
Great sales experience with Scott Baran. He was clear in his explanations, and willing to tailor a solution that worked for our budget. Our tech Kevin (Peppa) was thorough and efficient. He was a clear communicator and saw to it the job was done right and to completion. We do continue to see signs that rodents are present, but are confident Kevin will tirelessly work until resolved. Kevin’s supervisor, Manny, visited the house to install weatherstripping on the garage door and he did a fantastic job in record speed. Big thank you to the entire team!Service: Rodent extermination
