“I called Bryan's company just a few days ago, about some scratching sounds we were hearing in our attic/ceiling at nights. Freaked us out! He came within 2 hours, and on time! Went up in the attic. Did a detailed thorough examination. Found no evidence of critters (aliens?) up there. He thinks probably a bird was trying to get in from the outside, (but failed miserably and repeatedly). Unlike three other companies I called, (who had a fee for just coming out,) Bryan did not charge me for the visit, since there was nothing to remedy. Fantastic! “Update: Terminix has been in touch to try to work on the screen issue. I appreciate that.Everything with the initial appointment was fine and it sounds like they did a good job. My frustration is that we were told we'd need a new screen in our attic and that has yet to be fixed. I've followed up multiple times and keep being told he'll look into it and no follow up from. It's getting frustrating.“
