“I lost 40 lbs since May 2023 after starting personal training at Tone up 2 Fitness! I definitely put in a lot of hard work but I wouldn't have been able to do this without the support from the staff here. Tom is a great Trainer and has been dedicated to help me achieve my fitness goals! He knows how to challenge you and sends you weekly workouts you can do on your own time as well. Bart does an amazing time to start you with the process and pairs you with a trainer that would work for you. They know exactly how to start you off so it's up to you if you are willing to put in the work to achieve your goals. It's definitely worth it! Time Up 2 Fitness definitely changed my life for the better!“

“I absolutely love training at MECA. I came in looking to feel more like myself and get back into shape. Working with Alex Sutrinaitis has been a game changer. Over 12 months, I lost 25 lbs and 11% body fat. I’m stronger than I have ever been, and have more energy. “I loved this place was here for about a month.. the staff are so friendly and helpful..the coaches they push you to your goals and their were all very fun and friendly.. the whole experience was wonderful . “Josh is a STELLAR trainer and works WITH you. You can easily tell he loves this market and helping others reach their goals. That is a point, as every person has a different goal and different path to reach those goals. Josh will coordinate a program that works for you.In general, I have been minimally fit and have always wanted to truly grow in fitness. Every time I start a program, I drop it and failed to continue. After starting with Josh, I have found a love and life need to stay fit and improve my overall health. “Love love love this gym! I’ve gone to a couple of F45 studios and Oak Brook is by far top notch. The studio environment is very friendly, trainers are motivating, and the facilities are well kept. I have been a member of this studio for a couple of months and participated in one of their many member focused events. Coach Johnny Alanis has shown exemplary customer service by guiding and supporting me on a fitness lifestyle change. His knowledge of fitness and health exceeded my expectations. If you haven’t tried a class at F45 Oak Brook, I highly recommend!“

“How to begin. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and carefully customizes each fitness regimen and meal plan for each of his clients. Nick is obviously really passionate about training because he is incredibly informed about everything. In order to prevent self-injury, he precisely explains what to do and how to perform it during your sessions and gently corrects your form. He makes you feel at ease and conveys that he genuinely cares about his customers and their wellbeing. The best trainer I've ever worked with, in my opinion! You will notice results right away since Nick is the best, and I highly recommend working out with him!“

“Visiting Chicago and I was pleased to find this gym a short drive from our Ravenswood rental. Plenty of free parking on the street and a small nearby lot at 7am on a Sunday morning.There were a half dozen patrons in there at any time during my workout, so plenty of room and no competition for space and equipment.This gym size and equipment selection is very comparable to all 4 of the the Anytime Fitness locations I've been to, which makes it easy to execute your planned work-out without too much hunting and pecking. The key fob works just the same, too.All the equipment were in good shape, and the place was clean and in orderly condition.“

“Great class with Kris! Such a good mix of strength, flexibility and stabilization with just enough pace to really get your heart up and your sweat going. It’s hard for me to choose a favorite class but luckily because of the great schedule and availability I don’t have to. HIIT, Strongbox and FIT360 all at great times with great instructors. WIN is everything I could have asked for and the owners Kris and Erika are fantastic. Looking forward to seeing you all for years to come!“

“I was looking for a personalized holistic training approach including physical workouts and nutritional guidance. Tommaso setup a 12 week program for me around these needs and I was very happy with the process and results and I then signed up for a second 12 week engagement (currently happening at the time of this review).Everything is virtual which allows a lot of freedom and the ability to maintain our workout schedule when I’m traveling by bringing a minimal amount of gear. I was initially skeptical of a virtual approach but after speaking with his prior clients and experiencing it for myself it has proved great - don’t let this hold you back.Workouts are tailored to my level and abilities and address aches and pains when they arise.The nutritional coaching has been key for me as we review my weekly eating habits and tweak things slowly over time to eliminate unhealthy cravings with healthy substitutions and mental awareness of eating decisions.I wanted a realistic all around approach to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have done my share of extreme diets and workout regimens which work for a while but aren’t sustainable. Tommaso is focused on realistic long term strategies that will work long into the future and that is what I’m getting.I highly recommend working with Tommaso to tailor a program for you and achieve your specific goals.“

“My experience working with Daniel Lew was truly outstanding. I contacted him because I was interested in improving my posture, balance, flexibility, and core strength, as well as to work on tightness and pain in my lower back. I worked with Daniel for five months and had significant improvement in all of these areas. Daniel created specific exercise regimens for me that directly addressed my goals. He has a deep understanding of human musculature and movement and develops exercises that exactly meet each person’s needs. He also provides excellent guidance to make sure that proper form is maintained.I cannot recommend Daniel highly enough. He listens carefully so that he fully understands each person’s goals and then creates a custom workout plan specifically for that person. His workouts are not “one size fits all.” He is very pleasant and makes the workouts enjoyable. He is an outstanding trainer.“

“Activation Fitness has been life changing for me! I have been dealing with headaches for years that would drag on for days. I would use heat, ice, massage, stretch, you name it and relief was only temporary. I just accepted that every month, I would just deal with 3 day headache, not fun. Then, I happened to be talking to a client at work one day and they spoke so highly of how muscle activation helped them with their hip issue when all else had failed them. I was intrigued because it sounded so different from everything I've tried in the past, so I gave it a try. I consulted with Steve over the phone and based on my history he thought muscle activation could work. We started weekly sessions for 6 weeks, but already half way through, I noticed I didn't have the neck and shoulder aches and pains I typically had that would turn into an awful headache for days. Here I am 7 months later and no relentless headaches! It's been a game changer for me. I am continuing my sessions every other week now with success and thrilled how I feel. Everyone needs MAT in their life!“

“I started working out with Johnny after taking a long break from the gym. Not only did he help me tone up and gain strength, but motivated me along the way! He also helped me with form and engaging the correct muscles so that I’m getting the most out of my workouts. He’s so patient and easy to talk to or ask questions.
