“I tried to write this review several different ways to communicate how truly "off the scale incredible" DFPP really is. We have an 140lb Bernese mountain dog which isn't an easy breed to groom. DFPP didn't groom her, they worked magic and made art. Our girl looks so beautiful and is also so comfortable after being done properly. If you can get an appointment TAKE IT.“

“So nice! Me and my Anoush (my dog) are treated so wonderfully! Every person there knows Anoush as soon as she comes in, not just the amazing girls up front but the ENTIRE staff. People that I have never even met, they are all so excited to see her. I know she has so much fun by the way I say “let’s go see the puppies” she just spins and spins. I feel so comforted knowing such loving people are taking care of the pet I love soooo much! Guys, I just wish you had cameras so I could watch how much fun she is having. “This is truly my pups home away from home! Laura and her home are my two dogs’ favorite place to vacation. My 10 yo mix breed dog gets the special attention he needs as an old man and my 2 yo lab loves socializing with new friends. The fact that they get to sleep on the couch like at home, roam the backyard, and have a dog lover with them at all times, including overnight, makes this mom’s heart rest easier when I can’t be with my pups. “This kennel was great. Friendly staff and nice large outdoor area for dogs to play. But unfortunately the Grayslake facility closed in October. Evidently permanently so. Nobody seems to know why but c'est La vie“

“I think Eugene and his wife do an awesome job. They're very caring. They only take 2 dogs at a time, which is much better than these other places. That let your dog sit in a cage for hours... I highly recommend this lovely couple.“

“Have been bringing our dogs here for several years now, very happy with their cuts and staff is great as well. They seem to get our grooming done in about 1.5-2 hrs each visit, which helps on planning pickup time.“

“We've recently moved to the area and needed a new Location to take our senior Goldendoodle. We were able to get an appointment right away with Companion animal hospital. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The Vet gave our dog a thorough check-up and made some useful recommendations. The pricing also seemed very fair. We will be back and recommend them to anyone who may need their services.“

“Friday( 09-02-2022) I walked into this establishment desperate to book an appointment for my yorkie. The appointment I had at Pet Supplies Plus was canceled on me that same day and I was so upset. My yorkie needed grooming asap. I proceeded to google search and call the nearby grooming places and nobody answered their phones. While driving back home I saw Wag-n-Wheel Dog Grooming and decided to stop and hopefully book an appointment. The lady was so nice and understanding. Even though she was busy grooming a pup, she asked me to come back with my dog that very same day!! I am so grateful and thankful that even though she was so busy, she made room for my pup that day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! My dog turned out beautiful after her grooming session at Wag-n-Wheel Dog Grooming. Thank you so much!!

Ps: The first pic is her, fresh out from her grooming session. The second pic where she's next to the other dog is from today two days later after her grooming. The bow became lose, that's why the fur is covering her eyes. The third pic where they're on their beds is what she looked like before. She desperately needed a trimming.

“Dr. Luttrell and Dr. Janssen have been seeing my 12 year old Labrador Retriever mix for his entire time with us (we adopted him from Chicagoland Lab Rescue when he was about 1-1/2 years old). Buff is challenging because he came from a breeder that was not an ideal situation--he had been abused physically, shot at and had heartworm when we first brought him to Dr. Luttrell. Since that time, Buff has bonded with these 2 wonderful veterinarians (he is especially fond of Dr. Heather Janssen and her Lean Treats, which Buff gets every time we go for an office visit :) Buff has had a couple of surgeries for lipomas, dental cleanings, physicals (including blood draws), nail trims and vaccinations with PAH. The staff is really wonderful at making the effort to understand Buff, his personality and his needs. We have moved an hour away from Palatine last year but I still make the drive to Palatine whenever Buff needs medical attention. I HIGHLY recommend Palatine Animal Hospital for you pet's needs--they are compassionate, knowledgeable and professional.“
