“Can't say enough good things about Jason and his crew. I've had him do work for me 3 times now and I've never been disappointed. Last year, our heat quit 3 days before Thanksgiving, but they had Billy out by the end of the day. He diagnosed a bad pressure switch that was out of stock, but found a substitute to get us heat until the replacement could come in. Our ac went out on Sunday and I made the mistake of calling a competitor that was open on the weekend, not realizing that Armstrong had an after hours on call service. They quoted me an astronomical figure for recharging the system and tried to convince me to buy a new unit. Jason searched for this supposed "aggressive leak" and couldn't find one. He added a few lbs of refrigerant, cleaned my unit, and told me I didn't need to buy a new unit for a while as it was only 10 years old and in working condition. He also came in $400 cheaper than his competitor for the same service. Honest business practices and repairs, not just salesmen out to make a quick buck. “From the previous reviews, I was hesitant to call. I'm glad I did though! I had no trouble getting through to someone on the phone. She was extremely helpful. When the guys showed up, they were polite and professional. I had requested that they let me know how much before repairing anything and they did. Their service call fee is included in the repairs. You don't pay it on top of the repairs like another place I had called and priced from Peoria. They were very affordable and didn't try to upsell me anything. They did what they said they were going to do and everything is back to working and functioning as it's supposed to. Super happy and will gladly recommend them to anyone.“
