“I had Klaus Plumbing come out to my mom's house to diagnose where a water leak was coming from. They figured out it was a broken waste pipe in the wall going to the second floor. They were able to come back in a few days and replace the pipe in the main bathroom and the pipe going upstairs. I wasn't there when the work was done, but it was done with the utmost professionalism. I have definitely found the company I will call next time I need plumbing/heating repairs.“

Bit of a tricky situation, so the boss paid a visit, too, and together they solved the problem. Was concerned we would be overcharged for extra time spent trying to resolve the problem, but that was not the case.
