Great service. We called with a service issue and they were here the next day. Don, our technician was friendly and super helpful. He even helped program the new thermostat after doing the unit repair. I highly recommend their services.

Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called, and they sent someone out within an hour. He called me to ask me to do a couple of things so that if it was frozen, it would unfreeze before he arrived, saving time (and me money). It turned out to be the capacitor. He was polite, helpful, and explained everything he was doing. He finished within half an hour. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and will use them again!Service: HVAC system maintenance

My furnace had shut off and I was freezing. I had tried to call another contractor, but they were unresponsive. Once I called Standard, they told me they'd send someone out right away. I think from the time I placed the call to the time my furnace was back up and running was under one hour. Tyler was really knowledgeable and left me with a better overall understanding of how my furnace works. I would definitely recommend this business!!Service: Heating system repair
