I recently started training with Rob and he’s been absolutely great! He’s very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. I like how he explains each workout and helps me understand the benefits of each exercise. He holds me accountable and takes the time to explain the right nutrition I should be eating to ensure my muscles recover quickly.
So far, I'm very happy with my progress. Rob motivates and pushes me to limits I didn’t think I could achieve. I’m excited and can’t wait to see how my body evolves!

Was not disappointed the second time around - great coaching, clearly a wonderfu community, nice big space with nice equipment, and the workout was awesome. I was sorry my work schedule changed and I couldn't drop in a second and third time. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. He’s encouraging and he respects when you need to rest or take a break, but he will always push you to get the most out of your session. I’ve got some wrist and leg issues and he continuously checks in to ensure that I’m okay and modifies the move if necessary. He's honest, flexible, and professional. Definitely would recommend!“

Dude is an awesome teacher, and extremely passionate. 100% recommended.“

Tommaso setup a 12 week program for me around these needs and I was very happy with the process and results and I then signed up for a second 12 week engagement (currently happening at the time of this review).Everything is virtual which allows a lot of freedom and the ability to maintain our workout schedule when I’m traveling by bringing a minimal amount of gear. I was initially skeptical of a virtual approach but after speaking with his prior clients and experiencing it for myself it has proved great - don’t let this hold you back.Workouts are tailored to my level and abilities and address aches and pains when they arise.The nutritional coaching has been key for me as we review my weekly eating habits and tweak things slowly over time to eliminate unhealthy cravings with healthy substitutions and mental awareness of eating decisions.I wanted a realistic all around approach to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have done my share of extreme diets and workout regimens which work for a while but aren’t sustainable. Tommaso is focused on realistic long term strategies that will work long into the future and that is what I’m getting.I highly recommend working with Tommaso to tailor a program for you and achieve your specific goals.“

7534 W North Ave, Elmwood Park“First time at reNew Studio and I have nothing but great things to share! I signed up for the "everything endurance" class with Nicky through class pass. Immediately when I walked in, Nicky greeted me by name with so much excitement. She told me how happy she was to have me and walked me through some of the machines, asking about my comfortability with various exercises. She also asked if I had any restrictions or injuries, which shows that she prioritizes safety. The gym is spacious but small in comparison to a franchise gym. The class I was in had 8 people, and we had more than enough room to move around comfortably. This particular class involved lots of cardio. Definitely would recommend for those who are used to doing sprints, strength training, and are able to use various equipment such as ski and rowing machines.“
