“I am OBSESSED with F45 and have been to locations on both the East and West coasts, as well as this Hinsdale/Western Springs location. They are all consistent with amazing trainers (I think Coach Willie is my fav :) ) making sure you have the correct form and modify any exercises to make them more difficult/easier based on your personal needs. They also check up on you to make sure you’re doing okay throughout. It’s almost like having a personal trainer, without having someone breathe over your shoulder the entire time. Taking F45 classes consistently has honestly gotten me into the best shape of my life at 40 years old. I cannot say enough great things. This particular location averages adults in their 40s-50s, but many are even older. It’s never too soon to create the best physical version of yourself. I always walk out of every class feeling AMAZING.“

He checks in every couple of days, responds to texts instantly, offers flexible scheduling, and has a 12-hour cancellation notice policy, which is virtually unheard of. “I happened to see an advertisement on Facebook about The Perfect Workout, I just goggled the facility and read the reviews which one review caught my attention. Everything that the lady said on her review was basically describing myself. I decided to sign up and I received a call and before I knew anything I was at the facility on Labor day and met Sarah Loar my trainer. Sarah was very patient and made me feel comfortable being at the facility. I was discouraged at first but willing to give it a try, she helped me with the machines and made sure that I was comfortable on each equipment that I worked out on. Sarah has a very warm heart and spirit. I felt so good when I left there and when I woke up that next day I still felt like I could accomplish anything. LOL!!! “As a senior, one has to be careful when choosing a personal trainer. On a recommendation I decided to try Enhance Fitness and how fortunate I now am to be working with Mike. The sessions are interesting and challenging. I don't have to think about what I need to work on because Mike does all of that. With his expertise I've been able to lower my A1c almost a full point in the past 4 months. The place isn't fancy but has all the necessary equipment and an excellent professional staff. Give Enhance Fitness a try and you will wind up staying!“

The big knock against them is the pricetag, but if you are thinking it is too expensive then you need to consider how valuable investing in your body and mind is. They not only offer a gym with top of the line equipment, but proper nutrition and areas for meditation. They have a top shelf staff, and if you need any help swim lessons, ask for Nick in Aquatics. However, there could be more machines and racks for legs, but sufficient enough when not crowded. Small footprint for a gym, it's actually surprising how much equipment they fit in here.
