From the staff answering the phones who are kind caring and compassionate and so helpful and understanding and calm, to the technicians, all other staff working behind the scenes and of course … the vets… I have no words that can ever adequately convey our gratitude and thanks for the kindness care compassion and excellent service that we received over the last 6 years since moving here from the U.K. with our elderly Yorkies. Bentley, Maxi and the last of our crazies, Maisie. They were never fearful coming in especially when they needed more than just routine care! The kindness and compassion you have shown us in very difficult times and decisions will ALWAYS stay with me! I loved getting the short video of her having a great time. They wore her out and she's been sleeping for hours since we picked her up. They’ve been sending us the cutest pictures of Olive playing with her puppy friends, and she looks so happy and comfortable there. Olive is only 5 months old, and they’ve been so gentle and thoughtful with her — keeping her inside with her mini group of puppy friends instead of taking her outside. We really appreciate the extra care and attention they give her at this young age. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in great hands and having fun while we’re away.

I have 2 corgis that I generally maintain,wash, trim, nails, brush teeth, etc.. but when I'm done with them, they look & smell nothing like when I picked them from this business.
