“Furnace Installation, ARS was upfront with price, did quality work, saved me a lot of money and had excellent staff. In April 2024 I had my old furnace inspected due to a new noise it started making. Another company I called came out, told me my furnace was fine other than an inducer motor. After purchasing the inducer motor from that company and having them install it for $1600 they tell me my blower motor is shot and I need a new furnace. After me asking how any of this made sense, they told me not to worry they'd give me $1600 off the price of a new furnace. I asked how much that would be and couldn't believe the quote of $14000 for a 70000 btu furnace replacement. Not furnace and AC, just the furnace. Three other reputable quotes came in $5,000-$9,000 cheaper. I chose ARS not because they were the cheapest but because I feel they are the best value for cost, are upfront, and do quality work. Unfortunately it hasn't been cold so haven't had to run the furnace yet but the inspector seemed impressed and felt the job was well done. Chris is an excellent sales representative , Alan and Andy are awesome installers.“

He knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, giving us multiple options for how extreme we wanted our updates to the system to be. When, after the work, it wasn't working exactly as smoothly as we had hoped (it was heating, but there was some unevenness in the system), he and his guys came out again and modified the work to resolve the issue completely.
