“Nathan and his team are wonderful! Our upstairs neighbor had a leak that got into our unit. Nathan was able to come out at my next availability, assess the carpets and get them clean - all within about an hour and a half. (1 medium room, 1 large room and a smaller area). He even helped me move a larger piece of furniture to make sure we got all the carpet area needed. He explained what was happening throughout the process and got all the staining and hair out! His prices were great too and he and his team were super friendly. Highly recommend!“

“I had my air ducts cleaned in my house and Leo & Sons did a FABULOUS job. They arrived on time, at 9:15am. Bruce explained everything they would be doing.
Bruce and Jim set up in my backyard and went to work. They were sweating because they had to turn off the furnace to clean the ducts but didn’t complain. Afterwords, Jim showed me pictures of the ducts and I was extremely impressed. They left at 1:15 and said if I had any concerns please call the owner, Dave and left a business card with his number. The price was $500 for 17 ducts. I had 19, so I paid an extra $30. I shopped around, so I know it was a fair price.

My sister, Cathy and two of my friends said they would definitely be calling Leo and Sons. I told them to ask for Bruce and Jim. Kudos to Dave for hiring employees who did an impeccable job and represented your company well. I use to have my air on 74 but now I am comfortable at 77. I can feel more cool air coming out of my clean vents.“

“First picture is the guys work that actually accepted the $100 just to leave and not make it more of a mess. I wasn’t home but he claims he went over these spots 5 times and they won’t go away. Second picture is after 1 to 2 runs using a $32 rug doctor rental. It’s funny how a $150 carpet cleaner did a better job than the whiner that showed up with a $1000+ cleaner. This all happened after a 3 hour delay to the 9-10 am appointment. Don’t waste your money here they’re dirt cheap for a reason. Person answering calls only responded with “oh wow I’m sorry” instead of offering a reasonable explanation or something to make up for the ridiculousness.“

1. Resurfaced and painted bathroom and foyer ceilings due to ice damming.
Added insulation and ventilation in attic to prevent possible future ice damming.

2. Rooted out blockage from downspout buried under front yard plastic tubing where tree roots blocked water relief.

3. Suggested adding dirt around foundation to prevent possible structural damage. Their workers are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Excellent and honest. Recommend to any homeowner.“

“We recently moved into a new house with carpeting in the basement. Due to time and scheduling constraints, we opted for DIY solution with a Rug Doctor rental. This helped somewhat for a few months, but in reality we needed a professional service.

Based on some the reviews I read, I called Executive Green Carpet Cleaning and was given a quote based on the square footage of the room. The lady was able to get me in within a few days with an estimated service window between 12 - 3. Two gentlemen showed up before 2pm and got to work right away on basement area which took roughly an hour.

Despite the age of the carpets, they now look nearly brand new and the couple of stains that we tried, but failed to remove ourselves with the rental machine are gone!“
