“Had a fantastic experience using Loren Carpet Cleaners to clean some area rugs this week.My poor dog ate something that turned his GI tract into a salad spinner, and he unleashed its fury all over our rug. We did our best to clean it but the rug still had some staining and odor. I found Loren online and saw that they had great reviews, so I called.Brian (owner) listened to my tale and assured me that this was something he'd helped clients remediate on the regular. Tom came and assessed the damage, explained everything thoroughly, spent 90 minutes doing this while FaceTiming with my husband who could not be on site. He and his team were incredibly professional, kind, thorough, and did exactly what was proposed, and more. It has been a very challenging time but Tom and his team and the staff, Vanessa specifically, have been seamless in helping this difficult time not feel awful.
