In my condo a fire sprinkler water line break flooded the entire unit with 2" water. Within an hour of my call that freezing evening (Jan 17th) they were on the job evacuating water and started full water remediation the very next day. Because of their fast action; no mold growth started as compared to another condo unit that had a similar freeze break and remediation didn't start for almost a week.
