Melissa Nelson was patient and compassionate as I called for information regarding a death half way across the country. She provided details on what Meadows could provide and also offered alternative solutions for us which wouldn’t even result in revenue for her. To me, this is a sign of a true professional looking out for the best interests of the client. She also made any expenses that might be incurred very clear as she understands that many times families aren’t prepared for the expense. Ultimately, due to size constraints, we were unable to use Meadows, but I absolutely recommend Meadows Funeral Home and Melissa.“
