The team at Davenport showed deep compassion, kindness, and care in moments when it mattered most. From the beginning, everything was very well-organized and structured, and it took away a lot of anxiety and stress beyond what we were already going through with the loss of our mother/wife/sister/friend. We worked primarily with Trevor, who was extremely responsive and professional, and ensured that we were comfortable and happy with all of the arrangements. Based on his suggestions, we made the decision to host her visitation at their Lake Zurich facility, which had significantly more space and was well appointed and overall a beautiful spot to honor our loved one.
