“My son started at the Bartlett location a year ago. The staff is really friendly and encouraging of all the kids. It’s a great atmosphere for them to be a part of. I have recently started the adult program myself. It’s a lot of fun and I recommend checking it out.“

“My girls (preteen and teen) both enjoyed the Jiu-jitsu classes there. They were easy to drop in and go on the days we were available so they were very flexible. My daughters felt comfortable there, no issues, they went around the time Covid was causing alot of issues for businesses but they handled it well respecting their students while keeping them safe.
Would definitely go there in future for more classes, we only stopped due to changes in life that time making it hard to go. Highly recommend. Definitely a good workout for anyone of all ages“
