When I called the person who answered couldn't have been more helpful. He walked me through what to try myself first before scheduling an in-person service call, and it worked! “Our refrigerator started losing cooling over several days. Called Bob's on a Friday evening, their repairman was here Saturday morning. He did a thorough diagnostic, and found the heating element that defrosts the cooling coils had failed, and the coils were covered in a block of ice. He had to travel to two different suppliers to get the parts, spent over five hours total and also did a cleaning of the exchange coils under the case. The 16-year-old refrigerator is running like new, and the cost was much less than we expected. Best service!“

“Once again showing magic as always, The Geek Squad respond to some uncommon issues with my computer. My computer is back to being fast and efficient all the time with uncommon great performance. Unable to gain traditional access to my computer via on-line connection, two Geek Squad members directed me to some system directories and then type in instructions to me using one on their on-line dialog boxes. The computer technicians provided very clear instructions. Instructions were very simple and language or communicaitons were concise and to the point. Within 3 minutes, the slow speed issue was eliminated. I encourage anyone who has not tried The Geek Squad do so with their next computer issue. These guys and gals are "Top Gun" quality. “I have an old Norelco 985RX electric razor. It has to be 25 yrs old. The battery died several years ago, but I didn't throw it away because it is BY FAR the best razor i have ever owned. I came across The Shaver Shop with a little research and the gentleman there repaired my razor and it is like brand new! No new "quad head, micro blade, beard sensing, etc etc can compare to the old Norelco!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!“
