“my poor baby was burned so bad that it took weeks for it to heal! i know that it happens sometimes but my goodness, i felt so bad for my fur baby.EDITED: this incident happened years ago but since then i have been very happy with their work. it does happen and saying it didnt, doesnt make it true. i will amend my rating to 5 star as i am pleased with John's work now. i ask for him only, because i trust him to do a good job. “When I moved into this area over the summer, I tried a different vet office in the area. That office was dirty, cramped, and dim. The care was fine, but facilities means something. Hawthorne is both way cleaner and has top-tier service. I had to have my bulldog put down in September and was so thankful for Hawthorne's 24 hour service. I now have a kitten, and will likely have another bulldog at some point, and take them to Hawthorne.“
