IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG(S) AT ALL DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!!!!!!!! THE GUY RUNNING THE PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, HE LOST MY FRIENDS 14 YEAR OLD DOG, HE CUT MY SISTER'S DOGS HOCK SEVERAL TIMES TO THE POINT HE HAD TO GO TO THE VET. He cussed out my sister.

My wife scheduled an appointment for our dog and dropped of the dog. 3 hours later the dog was to be picked up, but the owners of this company did not perform any services but rather kept the dog in a kennel the whole time. Wasting my wife's time and keeping the dog in confined area the whole time. Upon arriving to pick up the dog the business owners were cleaning their home rather than actually doing the service they agreed to perform. The owners excuse was they are going through a divorce, if your personal life affects your business, then close your business until you can sort out your own issues before making them other peoples.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! I dropped my dog off at 12:30. Asked if I could bring her 15 minutes early and was told no. Three hours go by so I call to check in and someone answers saying they were never going to groom my dog, yet they never called to let me know. She was caged for hours without food or bathroom breaks
