She was great with our recently-passed 16 year old dog, and just did the first groom on our newly adopted rescue dog. Dawn showed so much love and compassion to a dog who had been through so much in her short 3 years, gently removing a ton of matts and giving her her first-ever bath and grooming.I highly recommend Shakers and Dawn!“

“We were looking for a grooming place who could take our large dog on the same day. I had called PetBar (and a few other places) this morning and was told there was no availability for such a large dog (as was expected). They did say they'd give me a call back if they had any openings. I was surprised when they actually called back and said they had an appointment open today. Once we got there, they immediately took him back and began bathing him. We appreciate their flexibility and how well they took care of our dog. He's very clean and happy now! We will definitely be returning.“

“This was my first visit here, and we'll definitely be back! I took my 2 dogs in for nail trimming - Melissa came out to take my dogs, and she couldn't have been sweeter with them! She did an amazing job! The young girl at the front desk was super sweet and helpful (I wish I remembered her name)! Their new building is really nice! They don't have a sign yet, so I passed it the first time. They're right next to their old building it turns out.“
