They were beyond accommodating when it came to payments and scheduling. Dr Dani heard my concerns and took care of the biggest one the very first day I saw her! She was really great about working with my usual hair care-or lack thereof- routine, and was able to make recommendations on how I could have a style where I can wash and air dry and wouldn’t have to style my hair much for it to still look great. I rarely get excited to get my hair cut or trimmed, But I feel better now with how my hair looks.
Hanna is THE gal for blondes! Strangers ask me all the time who does my hair. I've been bleaching my hair forever, and it has never been this healthy. So grateful to have found her!

I was visiting my daughter and went with her to get her lashes done. This place smells so amazing. It smelled really fresh and relaxing, the way I would love for my house to smell. I couldn't stop inhaling. I asked what did they use to make it smell so nice and she wasn't really sure but said it was something that was added to the air filter and it circulates throughout the office when the A/C blows.

Top-notch. Edwardsville's Plumbing has done routine (drain water heater) and large jobs (replace water heater) for us. Always professional, clearly communicating schedule and price estimate, and quality work. Post-Covid, when it was really hard to find repairmen at all, I mentioned to Jeff my frustration at not being able to find an electrician to replace all the baseboard heaters in the house (one of them already broken, the rest just old). He said, "I can do that!" He measured the existing heaters, showed me some options for replacements, and ordered what we picked from a Canadian company. The ordering and delivery proved difficult (we were still seeing lots of supply chain and transportation issues all over the country) and Jeff stayed on top of the whole process, keeping us informed of delays, working out issues with the shipper. When the heaters finally arrived, Jeff and his team installed them in a morning, and hauled the old ones away. As usual, the work itself was expert. Billing for the work was exactly per the estimate. I really appreciate Edwardsville Plumbing's professionalism, ability to do work promptly and neatly, and jump in and go way beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

From the initial consultation and review of the work, to phone calls, to text and email communication, this company has proven to be consistently reliable, intelligent, skillful, trustworthy, thorough, and reasonably priced. They were extremely professional in dealing with removing—at our neighbor's request, and at our expense—a dead tree between our two properties that was threatening to fall across their driveway. Richards Tree Service removed—in half a day—several dead trees and pruned several other trees in our front yard. When I returned home from work that day, there was no trace of mess or damage, only a nice clean look to our formerly rather shabby tree situation.

Needed a 3rd root canal on the same tooth. Was really worried about it because the 1st 2 times was really painful. Dr. Etchinson did the 3rd one and there was zero pain. It's been almost 2 months and still great.

A new rescue dog, means new vet. Originally when I moved over to the Illinois side of the Mississippi, I kept my STL vet. Now that all my original dogs have crossed the Rainbow Bridge and I have a new fur-baby, it's time for an Illinois vet. When I adopted Sophia, I started asking neighbors and other dog parents when we were doing our daily walks, who they recommend. Heartland was recommended by several, so that is why I chose them. Our first visit, was basically a meet and greet. Since Sophia had already been vetted, I just needed a prescription for her preventative meds. While we were there, they did give a quick go-over exam and confirmed, she was in good health. I was impressed with the receptionist, vet-tech and our new veterinarian. I am so glad, that I listened to my neighbors. Besides Yelp, word of mouth is the best way to learn about local businesses to support.
My 14 year old black lab needed an in home visit to put her to rest. I called his practice and left a message. Even though they were closed for the weekend Dr. Mike gave me a call back and took care of her with respect, grace, and professionalism. You can tell how much he cares about the health and well-being of an animal. Very affordable as well. I'll be taking any future animals of mine to him for care.

I go here for Reiki treatments every time I visit my family in Edwardsville. What I love about Aries Holistic Spa is that they are not only technically adept but respectful of the practice. The facilities are immaculate and equipment is great. I’ve had knee and shoulder injections which are scary to say the least. The staff eases your stress and makes you feel like your family. Every aspect is adjusted to fit your needs. Receptionists, therapist and all the staff are above any hospital. They listen and then explain how they are going to help you get thru everything.
