Last week we had Vallow replace carpeting in two bedrooms, two closets, and down the steps to the finished basement. Derek, Corey and Adam were the installers and did a SUPER job! They were polite, very helpful in replacing furniture, and thorough in cleaning up after they were finished. We love using local merchants who have their own staff and don't contract out the work. We've used Vallow before, and will certainly use them again! Another satisfied customer all the way!

A wonderful experience and kindness and generosity that I get to remember for the rest of my life.On occasion, one hears on the news a story of vulnerable people being taken advantage of by predatory and disreputable people in the business of doing home modifications and improvements. On fewer occasions, one hears of stand-up businesses taking pride in their trade, reputation and service who come in and help remedy the wrongs.This is what Vallow Flooring did for us, helping us to recover our home and, from some damage to our hearts and, despair.Everyone at Vallow Flooring was so helpful, relaxed and friendly. We are very happy with our new Coretec floor. The delivery and installation people were very friendly and professional. The installation was done well and completed in less time than scheduled.
