I recommended this inspector to a buyer along with other inspectors and the buyer chose Matt with Blue Sky Inspections. Matt was able to get the inspection scheduled quickly which saved the deal from falling apart. He was very professional and polite to both my client and me. I hate to sound like a broken record by repeating what everyone else has posted but it's true. Matt was awesome, I went with a different Inspector on the first Home I wanted but he wasn't available this time around. I was worried that I wouldn't get the expertise and thorough work I got with the first Inspector, but Matt definitely went above and beyond.Matt was always responsive and explained things in ways that I could understand.
