“Had an awesome experience with Inspector plumber. My Sewer line backed up leaving the bathroom unusable. It was in the evening so I Google searched for local plumbers. I left my problem and contact information on 4 different Plumbing companies websites. Inspector plumber called me early the next morning and we scheduled an appointment. Three days later I still haven't heard from the other plumbers. Communication with Inspector plumber was great. They notified me when the technician was in route and texted me his name and picture. The technician was very professional and assessed the problem and gave me an estimate. During the procedure they found I had heavy root buildup in my mainline and gave me the option of using a hydrojet line cleaner to clear it out . They quickly gave me an estimate and were able to have the hydrojet onsite within an hour. After a few hours my mainline was completely cleared out and the technicians gave me instructions on how to maintain my lines to keep it clear of roots. They ran a camera through the line and sent me a video of the cleared out line assuring me I had no breaks in the piping which was a big relief since I assumed with the heavy root buildup that there was a break somewhere. While onsite they gave me an estimate on work I might want done on my plumbing in the future. All in all I am very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work Inspector Plumber delivered. Their Technicians and office staff are very personable, answered all my questions and reached out to me the next day to see if everything was still working well.
