Work was done ok but was a little confused when ask when was the last time septic tank was cleaned. Did they not know sewer repair was line that feeds into main sewer line. There are NO uses of septic tanks.
I called Cardinal about a drain pipe problem I was having. Ryan came out the next day to look it over and assess the situation. He estimated about 4 hours and told what needed to be done. Ryan and Austin just finished the work in a little over 4 hours. They were prompt, professional, on time and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend Cardinal and will definitely call if I need them again.
Ryan and Austin were absolutely terrific. They were efficient, knowledgeable, kind,friendly, professional and willing to go above and beyond. I had a gas line problem and was terrified of the cost, but the bill was completely reasonable. I would recommend Cardinal Plumbing to everyone.
