I called Stephens Plumbing and Heating after I was told by another company (that I have a service plan with for many years) that I needed a new HVAC unit ASAP. They quoted me around $15K, and when the tech left, he asked how soon I would be doing this. I told him it wasn't on the immediate horizon, and after showing pictures on how bad my furnace was, he said it should be. I called this group for a 2nd opinion, and the tech, David, said while I do need a new unit at some point, he eased my mind there were no safety concerns, like the tech from the other group said, and fixed a small part rather than replacing the whole unit. I cannot say enough about this owner! In this world it is very hard to trust anyone. He is an honest person that does an honest job and will not take advantage to make a profit. To me that is what makes an honest living and I highly recommend this company.
Found out our previous plumber sold the business. Called Stephens the morning off to replace sump and they were over within 90 min! Fast service and very affordable labor cost with parts sold at cost. Will definitely call back next time with any plumbing needs!
