Our laundry room's utility sink was draining, but too slowly. Jay's was able to get someone out within a day. Danny came out and explained about the blockage, the age of our pipes, etc. He also created a trap in our weird cemented pipe. Unfortunately, his auger wasn't going through the pipe, so his manager Dean showed up the next morning. He was able to clear the blockage quite quickly and he made sure everything was flowing well and nothing was leaking and our pipe didn't have a hole or crack in it. In addition, Jay's charge a good price for the parts and labor. Pre-pandemic, we had another plumber come out and fix our bathroom, which was also plugged up. He fixed that...read full review
Jay's was great. I had one of their plumbers come out to replace shut-off valves and a faucet in my bathroom, and the folks at Jay's coordinated the building shut off with my condo association and made the entire process super easy.They were clean, quick, and did great work.
