Larry provided a complete proposal with a suggested computer produced layout, and itemized cost estimates, and work schedule.Our project involved completely gutting the existing kitchen down to the studs and installing new utilities, walls, ceiling, custom hand-made Amish cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. “Bradford & Kent was great to work with from design through construction. During design, Greg took time to listen to our wish list and came up with a great design combining our too small dining room and outdate kitchen layout with a larger, more functional space. The 3D views he provided gave us confidence in the overall layout. We even have cabinet space that we have not used yet.

Mary Kate patiently attended to our cabinet, counter and fixture selection as we went through the tremendous variety of each. She even steered us away from selections that, now that the kitchen has been completed, we are completely happy with.

Brian was great during construction keeping us informed and up to date on all construction activities. All construction projects have their unexpected challenges and ours was no exception. The few small issues that did arise were quickly and happily addressed by Brian and his team.“
