Our project was done in two phases: New Roof in May '23; Windows / Siding / Soffit / Fascia / Gutters in early August. The work was done VERY professionally. The crew did a great job of determining issues on our original construction (the house is 35 years old) and remediating necessary issues. They did a great job of cleaning up daily and they communicated with us the entire way. TJ is outstanding. He offered us options and suggestions for colors, materials and styles, and he and his crew queried us mid-job to ensure we were informed and we made informed decisions that had to be made. K&S did an amazing job on removing face brick from an area on the front of our house that was falling off- (also uncovered an issue with ants we didn’t know existed and eradicated them) installed new 2x4’s, underlayment, wrap and siding to best match the existing siding on my house. I couldn’t be happier with the focus on the detailed work they are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone!

K & S did three of my residential roofs as well as three commercial property’s flat roof and extensive parapet wall repair. TJ was on the site every day making sure it all went smoothly. Very professional and genuinely wanted the very best work and quality materials for our projects. Always available if there was a question.
