We had Blue Sky complete a slightly complicated semi-custom garage for us. We chose them over competitors for their ability to provide tweaks to their normal garage that others would not. They were good to work with throughout the process. It came in within budget and timeframe. They worked especially well with our village permitting process which can sometimes be daunting. While there were a few minor hiccups on the installation, as there always is, they reacted quickly and fairly to solve the issues. Communication and expectation setting was superb.

Our three-car garage with a parking pad was finished December 2022. I am happy that we went with Blue Sky and the garage is well built and looks beautiful! ***** from Blue Sky broke down all of the details and pricing with us. He came and supervised the project from the very beginning. He helped us with the permit process in ******** and was there all the way until the final inspection. I noticed that one of the awning window cranks was broken and ***** fixed it for us! Overall, we are really happy that we went with Blue Sky! If you want a quality garage for a fair price, I highly recommend Blue Sky!
