“Process was less than two weeks. From initial quote to install. Replacement outdoor HVAC, and not an easy one. George throughly explained product information along with and provided expert recommendations. FYI his recommendation was not the most expensive. On the job site first thing this morning: George, Chris, Brad, Racco, Mark. (told you it was not an easy install) Equipment was here bright and early, no waiting. Guys kept me informed along the process. No surprises when Gas or Electricity was shut off or turned on. Warned that there would be a smell when the heat was tested. (Smoke Alarms - worked) Clean worksite. Who makes it all work, the woman in the office - the glue that holds it all together. (I apologize for not remembering your name) Provided scheduling, rescheduling, reminders of appointments, and a text the morning of the install. What more can you ask for.?!? Replacing a HVAC system is never fun but they made it as painless as possible. 5 Stars out of 5“

“I was referred to Pro Temp of Illinois from a friend who knew Jamie, I had five quotes on replacing my HVAC and hot water heater due to being 20yrs old. Versus doing repairs, Jamie was professional and straight to the point. Didn’t ask about other quotes I had just ask what I was looking to do. When I told him all three units, he said please send me photos of your current units and spec charts. He sent me the quote the next morning and I was blown away not only with the price. The warranties as well and the actual brands. A Rheem water heater and Lennox HVAC, I scheduled the service and was done on the perfect day. Wasn’t hot at all and they completed the service same day within seven hours. I looked up all the brands quoted to me, and none came close to the quality of the Lennox and Rheem. Not only was the product better the price was $2800 less and 10 years parts & labor warranty and 20 years on the heat exchanger. Even the rep at the other company I was considering said it’s no way I can match that product or warranty. These units are whisper quiet, I had to turn down the hot water heater twice it’s so hot. I guess you don’t know your product is outdated until you get new ones. Pro Temp is top notch with us now.“

“I have been using A-Guy Heating and Air for a while now. They have been maintaining my old equipment, that was original to the house. I recently had both residences equipped with a heat pump system. The installation team was efficient and completed the job to my satisfaction and then some. There was a need for custom ductwork which they did, compared to the old installation. “Came out, gave an honest assessment, and were upfront that they were going to be more expensive but offer a transferable warranty, had the parts, and were able to come out the next day, which was a biggie considering it was 2 of the coldest days of they year so far.Installers were prompt, knocked out the project in a day, and cleaned up pretty well all things considered.MAJOR complaint comes from when the financing arrived at my home, a card in my name and a separate card in my wives name. I go through the process of creating an online account for me and see that the agreed upon total is on this card and there is even a little bit of a buffer which is nice considering credit scores. My wife creates an account for her card and her balance shows 0 which makes sense. Not sure why they were able to open an account for my wife considering she is a stay at home mom with no income. Maybe it is something on Wells Fargo end and has nothing to do with Stadtler. Either way pretty shocking and considering the contract I signed was with Stadtler (and lets be honest Wells Fargo doesn't have a great history of playing by the rules) who knows what to believe.I would recommend them for their promptness and overall quality of work so far, just something I think consumers should be aware of.Service: Installation“

“I called on Monday with a screeching sound coming from my air conditioner. The scheduler in the office said that they were completely booked that day but could come out on Tuesday. Wayne called me on the phone on Monday and tried to give me some suggestions. Soon after a cancellation occurred and the scheduler called to let me know. Wayne and Gary showed up at 2:00 Monday afternoon and had the air conditioner fixed by 3:45 despite having to drive 1 hour to get the replacement fan motor.“
