“Dr. Dan and Sheila are the most kind and caring people I have ever met. Hands down best medical facility!! I HIGHLY recommend HealthPointe Medical!! ?“
“Staff was all super friendly and very knowledgeable! Very impressed after my second visit!!“
“I have been dealing with foot pain all of my life. (Now 35yo) About 10 months ago I was diagnosed with neuropathy in my feet. I was told pretty much there was no cure besides a medication that would mask the pain but not fix it. I did not like the side effects that could come with it so I decided against taking it. I finally was told about Neuropathy and pain solutions and decided to give it a try.I saw Dr. Jordan and she took time out of her busy schedule to sit and have a long conversation with me that did not feel rushed whatsoever.I have been doing treatments for the past about 3 months. 1-2 a week and my pain in my feet is almost all gone. I am able to walk barefoot again and get back to the gym!Mrs. Susan is fun to be around and does a wonderful job every single treatment.Front staff is also awesome and easy to talk to and working with my schedule.HIGHLY recommend!!!“
“I went in for my new patient exam on a mid-June Friday morning to see Dr. Laura Crandall and was so satisfied with my visit. Upon walking into the building, I was greeted with a friendly smile from a mutual friend (Katelyn) at the front desk. The wait wasn't long, paperwork and insurance went smoothly, and the receptionist gave me a welcome bag full of goodies when I was called into the room. Isaac, the medical assistant, was very kind, funny, and professional. He told me a funny story while drawing blood, a nice distraction. Dr. Crandall is also very caring, personable, and professional. She asked me a couple of times if there were specifics about my health that I wanted to discuss, informed me of her style of practice, and was overall pleasant to talk with. I felt very welcomed and comfortable at the office and will happily return for future appointments. There were nice touches all over- a welcome goody bag, magazines both in the waiting area and in the room, a couch in the room (in addition to the typical cushioned tabletop), and pictures on the walls of staff.“
“I've found the staff to be caring, maybe there is new staff from when the person two years ago was here. They remember my medical concerns and are careful with me. Both Dr. Schuler and Courtney take their time to listen and provide solutions. I've seen a lot of bad doctors out there, you are in far better hands here. I just watched an older gentleman have trouble getting up and the nurse asked if he was ok and offered help, he declined, but she had a big smile on her face.A star is dropped because their phone system is horrid. Sometimes I get a fax machine or sometimes I'm stuck in a call loop and can never get anyone. Other times I get right to someone. Inconsistent is why they lose the star.“
“Veterans clinic in Belleville il.It's a pretty good alternative to John Cochran or Jefferson Barracks for checkups.Usually long waits and don't expect the red carpet to roll out when you get here.Staff is kind of rude but pretty used to it.Hours of operation are8:00 - 4:30 Monday - Friday“
“Dr. Sundquist is always so kind & caring towards my children! Great pediatric provider!“
“Staff is very friendly & the care they give you is phenomenal. Visits are very quick and informative. They involve you with the care decisions within your child(ren) & make sure you're beyond satisfied with the decisions that are made. They answer any questions you have & explain the things you don't understand. Definitely recommend!“
“Best VA Clinic ever. I've used VA clinic's in North Carolina (Lord no!) and Washington state (okay...100x better then Carolina!). Best VA Clinic ever.“
“I work for BJC so I have been here several times for our illness protocol which includes getting a nasal swab for different viruses to avoid exposing patients. They have always been great for that. Today I used the Convenient Care/Urgent Care and the staff was fast, efficient, and friendly! I was so thankful to have this close to home!“
“Edit: I received a call from the Clinic Manager and she informed me that they are aware of their phone system issues and they are trying to implement a new one so that the experience is better going forward. She also informed me that I can request prescriptions and schedule appointments through the online patient portal, which I was not aware of. I'm very pleased with how Heather has received the feedback and with the solutions she has provided me. I'm going to change this from 1 star to 4 stars.-----original review below-----DON'T EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS CLINIC.It is poorly managed and just gets worse. I have been going to this clinic for years. I've been trying to find ways to convince myself to stay because I love my PCP. My PCP, Delora Brooks, NP, is wonderful and she has given me the best care I have ever received. I moved out of the area and still drive to this clinic because thats how much I would like to keep her as my PCP. However, the clinic itself is awful to deal with. Their phone system is terrible. Some days you are directed through an automated system. Some days the line is constantly busy and you can't get through at all. About 90% of the time you're directed through the automated system only to be directed to voicemail, where the message SAYS that they will return your call, but they NEVER DO. I have a prescription that has to be written every month and can't have refills scheduled with the pharmacy. I've tried being proactive and calling a little early, but I leave a voicemail and no one returns my call. It shouldn't be this stressful to receive care. My pharmacy is out of stock on my prescription and won't be able to fill it in time before my current prescription runs out. The pharmacy can't transfer the prescription to another location they told me to call my doctor and have it moved to the other pharmacy that has it in stock, but now I can't get in contact with anyone in the clinic and we are about to go into a 3 day weekend. This is an absolute nightmare and it is 100% the fault of whoever is in charge of this clinic. I'm seriously debating looking for a new primary because it is just too difficult to deal with this clinic. It makes me sad, but I can't keep doing this every month.“
