“I personally am under Dr. Durham and my daughter is under Dr. Zenker. Dr. Zenker is wonderful, he is very to the point and a dry sense of humor. You can tell he knows what he is talking about and his office is quick with mychart messages. Dr. Durham, I have a lot of history with her at this point but it takes a while to break down those professional business-y vibe. Her office is also quick to respond to mychart messages.“

“Dr. Thomae is a gem! He really took the time to explain everything to me. I'm not from the immediate area so the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I Google searched cosmetic surgeons in the area and Thomae Surgical was not the first on my list but ended up being the BEST choice ever!! My results are great and I'm so proud of myself and how I feel. Dr. Thomae and his staff made me feel like a million bucks!“

“This place has changed my life for the better. They've helped me tremendously with my transition from female to male, and have been very accommodating to me and extremely helpful with my low income, being very understanding and allowing room for me to make payments when I can with my visits, never ever demanding money right away. Staff are always kind, compassionate, and empathetic towards me, genuinely expressing concern with my well being outside of my treatment, but with my personal life as a whole, offering me many places to try therapy and such. I haven't got a single clue as to why there are so many negative reviews, because I've only ever expirenced great treatment and respect from everyone who works here, I don't think any of the staff have a single mean bone in their bodies. It seems like the really negative reviews are from years ago anyways, and I think that's unfair because from the looks of it, they've improved a lot. I highly recommend.“
