So, I recently decided to give Sam's Club and Dr. Sherri Morris a try. She actually listened, evaluated me and solved my problem! What a relief! My sight and comfort with contacts has been renewed. “I booked an eye exam online for a virtual visit so I was aware that a technician would be seeing me and then I would see a doctor over zoom. However I ended up waiting over 30 minutes to see the doctor over zoom, and unfortunately had to leave the appointment and come back later that day to see the doctor. That is why I’m giving them 4/5 stars.However my technician, Alexis, was phenomenal! 5 stars for her. As a fairly new and apprehensive contact wearer, Alexis was extremely patient with me and even assisted me in placing the contacts in when I couldn’t get the hang of it. I have a special event this weekend and Alexis was able to get me a trial pair of contacts so I wouldn’t have to wear my glasses. I had to bring my kids with me to my second appointment and she was just as kind and patient with them also. Everyone at the front desk was also helpful & courteous.“
