this was my first appointment with Dr. Hamm and I find this facility and staff to be top-notch.. very friendly, professional and compassionate.It’s a fairly new office in O’Fallon. They moved from Belleville and they have quite a few frames to choose from and everyone’s willing to help.This was my initial visit so they did some extra checking and tests on my eyes and adding everything into the computer so that it was ready for the next visit and I appreciate that.Thanks everyone for a wonderful first exam.
My Experience was Absolutely GREAT! My Doctor is so Caring and very Understanding.I am happy to have a Doctor that Explains my Question about my Eyes.He makes sure that l can understand what is going on with my eyes.The staff is wonderful as well.They treat you like U are a Valuable Patient.l just feel so comfortable while l'm there.I love my Glasses and they have the fancy kinds too choose from.I also love how they keep U on a positive note and l love to laugh while l'm there.Sometime a laugh is a wonderful thing to some people.I am happy and Very satisfied on all of my visits.Thank U ,From A Satisfied Patient?
I am very thankful for Dr Keith. He is so personable and I always feel very comfortable with him. He answers my questions in a way that I understand and doesn’t make me feel inferior or leaving with more questions. Thank you Dr Keith for your expertise!!!!
