I booked an eye exam online for a virtual visit so I was aware that a technician would be seeing me and then I would see a doctor over zoom. However I ended up waiting over 30 minutes to see the doctor over zoom, and unfortunately had to leave the appointment and come back later that day to see the doctor. That is why I’m giving them 4/5 stars.However my technician, Alexis, was phenomenal! 5 stars for her. As a fairly new and apprehensive contact wearer, Alexis was extremely patient with me and even assisted me in placing the contacts in when I couldn’t get the hang of it. I waited 30yrs to finally have vision ins thru Medicare and be able to get a real pair of glasses instead of years of cheater readers. The location and staff were amazing and looking forward to my future care with them. Thank You!!!
Dr. Miller is fantastic! She takes her time, listens carefully, makes her patient the focus of her work, and provides the best care available. I trust her implicitly and always happy with the results!
