We had foundation problems with the footings of our brick pillars in front of our bungalow. Gary came out and assessed the problem and confidently talked us through the process. The quote was right where we expected it to be and the team of two who did the work were exceptionally skillful. All our neighbors commented on the quality of work they were doing. Apparently the standard brick size has changed since our house was built. The search for the right size proved to be a challenge which they were successful in finding with their dedication to get the job done right. They also squared up our concrete stairs. Highly recommend and will keep calling the doctor when the need arises.

My husband and I engaged the The Building Doctor to replace broken window panes, install new storm windows on our bay windows and replace some deteriorating window frames. Gary was one of only a few contractors we contacted who were willing to repair as opposed to replace our windows. He also followed up promptly with an estimate. All of the work was completed to our satisfaction and he was responsive to a couple of concerns that we had along the way.

Gary and Francisco did a great job diagnosing the cause of an exterior water leak into the interior window sill, then making the necessary exterior and interior repairs. The window sill was expertly restored to its original condition with no trace of the previous damage. Gary responded quickly to my initial contact & both were easy to work& answered any questions frankly and knowledgeably. The price was reasonable for the work performed. Will definitely call on them again. Highly recommended.
