We used Austin and his company for our recent inspection. Austin made himself available very quickly, communicated effectively, was timely and thorough in the inspection. We received the report the same day which was detailed and clear. I highly recommend using Expert Home Inspection

Austin and his team are great! I had him inspect my condo which is almost "finished". I had my suspicions that there was more than meets the eye that was wrong. I got a great report of multiple major issues that i would have never found myself. I appreciated the phone call when he was onsite to discuss the issues and and follow-up call when I had a chance to read the report to see if I had any questions. There are not many companies that you can say it was money well spent but this was for me. I would hire them again if or when I have the need. Thanks
